Easy Meatloaf recipe




The Ingredients 


  •     1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  •     1 onion, chopped
  •     1 egg
  •     1 cup milk
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  •     1 cup dried bread crumbs
  •     2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  •     2 tablespoons brown sugar
  •     1/3 cup ketchup


Directions: 


  1. Firstly, Preheat oven to  (175 degrees C)  350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, egg,  milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. 
  3. After that, to taste, Season with salt and pepper  and place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine , mustard and ketchup, the brown sugar. Then be sure to Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  5. Finally, Bake  for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Barbie's Tuna Salad Recipe



The ingredients: 


  •     1 (7 ounce) can white tuna, drained and flaked
  •     1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  •     6 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  •     3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  •     1 pinch garlic powder
  •     1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  •     1/8 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
  •     1 tablespoon dried parsley
  •     1 teaspoon dried dill weed

    
Directions


  1.   Firstly,   In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna,  onion flakes,  mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese  
  2.   After that, Season with parsley,  curry powder, , dill and garlic powder. 
  3.    Finally, Mix well and serve with crackers or on a sandwich.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad



The ingredients: 


  •     1 (12 ounce) package uncooked tri-color rotini pasta
  •     1 cup mayonnaise
  •     10 slices bacon
  •     3 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
  •     1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
  •     1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  •     1/2 cup milk, or as needed
  •     1 (4.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
  •     1 large tomato, chopped
  •     1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese



Directions: 


  1.     Firstly, Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil about 8 minutes until tender yet firm to the bite, ; drain.
  2.      In a skillet over medium-high heat , Place bacon and cook until evenly brown. Drain and chop.
  3.     In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise,garlic powder, and garlic pepper and  ranch dressing mix, . 
  4.     Stir in milk until smooth. Place rotini, , black olives,  bacon, tomato and cheese in bowl and toss to coat with dressing. 
  5.     After that, Cover and chill  in the refrigerator at least 60 minutes. 
  6.     Finally,  if the salad seems a little dry ,Toss with additional milk.

  •     1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  •     1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  •     1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  •     1 red bell pepper, chopped
  •     1 green bell pepper, chopped
  •     1 red onion, chopped
  •     1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn kernels
  •     1/2 cup olive oil
  •     1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  •     1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •     2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  •     2 tablespoons white sugar
  •     1 tablespoon salt
  •     1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  •     1 clove crushed garlic
  •     1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  •     1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
  •     1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  •     1 dash hot pepper sauce


    
Directions: 




  1.     Firstly, In a large bowl, combine , frozen corn, beans, bell peppers and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, red wine vinegar, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, and black pepper. 
  3.  To taste  Season with chili powder and  hot sauce .
  4.     After that, Pour olive oil dressing over vegetables; then , be sure to mix well. 
  5.     Finally, Chill thoroughly, and serve cold.

The ingredients:


  •     1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •     1/4 cup milk
  •     1/3 cup white sugar
  •     1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  •     2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  •     9 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  •     1/2 cup grated carrots
  •     1/4 cup minced sweet onion 


Directions



  1.      In a large bowl , Whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, milk, and salt and pepper.
  2.     After that, Toss the  carrots,  the cabbage and onion into the dressing; then mix well. 
  3.     Finally be sure to Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to overnight before serving.

Amish White Bread



Ingredients 

  •    2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  •    1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  •     2/3 cup white sugar
  •    1/4 cup vegetable oil
  •     1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  •     6 cups bread flour


Directions


  1.     Firstly,  In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water, and then stir in yeast. Allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam.
  2.     After that, Mix salt and oil into the yeast. Mix in flour one cup at once. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
  3.     Place in a well oiled bowl, and turn dough to coat. Cover with a damp cloth. Then,  be sure to Allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about  60 minutes.
  4.     Punch dough down. Knead for a couple of minutes, and divide in half. Shape into loaves, and place into 2 well oiled 9x5 inch loaf pans. Then,  be sure, Allow to rise until dough has risen 1 inch above pans  for half-hour.
  5. Finally, Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) .

Cheesy Potato Casserole



Ingredients 


  •     1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
  •     1 small onion, chopped
  •     2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  •     2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  •     4 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal squares
  •     1 pint sour cream
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  •     2/3 cup butter 



Directions


  1.     Firstly, Place hash browns in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together  sour cream, cheese, soup, onion, salt and pepper until well combined.
  2.     After that, Pour over hash browns. Crush the cereal and mix with the butter. Sprinkle mixture over soup layer. then be sure to  Cover and  refrigerate for  24 hours.
  3.     Preheat oven to (165 degrees C) 325 degrees F .
  4.      Finally, Bake until golden, hot and bubbly  in preheated oven 45 minutes.
