No bake oreo truffles


Ingredients



  •     1 package Double Stuffed Oreos
  •     Dipping Chocolate, almond bark is my favorite because doesn't melt as easy as chocolate chips after it sets up and  it hardens faster and quicker and .
  •     4 oz Cream Cheese, you may add up to 8 oz, I just like the consistency best with 4 oz.


Instructions


  1.     Firstly, In a food processor Chop Oreos up finely . Save some of the finely crushed Oreos for garnish later and set it aside.
  2.     Mash softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos using your hands or a spoon   until well combined.
  3.     Roll into 1" balls and place on a wax covered cookie sheet. Put in freezer for quarter-hour.
  4.      melt chocolate according to directions While balls are in freezer,.
  5.     AFTER Pulling  the Oreo Truffles out of freezer,  dip them  into chocolate. use the  reserved Oreo crumbs to Garnish before the chocolate sets up.
  6.     Let chocolate set, 
  7.    Finally, one more step is to refrigerate your truffles 
  8.  enjoy!
