No-Bake Banana Split Cake

Ingredients


  •      1/2 cup butter, melted
  •     2 cups confectioners' sugar
  •     2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  •     1 cup butter, softened
  •     1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
  •     2 eggs
  •     5 bananas, sliced
  •     2 cups heavy cream
  •     1 (6 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
  •     1/4 cup confectioners' sugar


Directions


  1.     Firstly,  Combine graham cracker crumbs WITH 1/2 cup melted butter  in a bowl; press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2.     In a bowl with an electric mixer; Beat 2 cups confectioners sugar and 1 cup softened butter with eggs , mix about 15 minutes until very light and fluffy.
  3.     Spread butter mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4.     Arrange sliced bananas on top of the butter mixture, then scatter fruit cocktail over bananas.
  5.     Beat heavy cream until foamy in a large bowl. Gradually add 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, continuing to beat until soft peaks form.
  6.     Spread whipped cream over the fruit cocktail.
  7.     Finally, Arrange decoratively on top the maraschino cherries
