- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 eggs
- 5 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (6 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Firstly, Combine graham cracker crumbs WITH 1/2 cup melted butter in a bowl; press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl with an electric mixer; Beat 2 cups confectioners sugar and 1 cup softened butter with eggs , mix about 15 minutes until very light and fluffy.
- Spread butter mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange sliced bananas on top of the butter mixture, then scatter fruit cocktail over bananas.
- Beat heavy cream until foamy in a large bowl. Gradually add 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, continuing to beat until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the fruit cocktail.
- Finally, Arrange decoratively on top the maraschino cherries
